Riding instructor - Robyn Norred

My name is Robyn Norred and I am the riding instructor at Topiary Farms. I'm originally from Salinas California.  In 1990 I moved to Madera California where I started working horses for Tomlinson Arabians, Val Schrowe and Fox Hollow Arabians among many private owners.

1993 thru 1999 I was the California State Horsemans Queen. In 2006 I moved to Idaho and started taking Dressage lessons from Sue Bosted, Danielle Thomason and Mary Kimball.  I became president of the Magic Valley Idaho Dressage & Eventing Association for 2 years where I also sat on the board of IDEA also doing 2 years as their show manager.  I ran the Minidoka 4-H club and in 2012 was elected Minidoka County 4-H leader of the year.

I've competed in Hunt under saddle, 1st level Dressage, All aspects of Western pleasure, Trail, Cattle sorting, Showmanship, and Parades.

I've had the pleasure to take my students to many wins, getting high point and bringing home belt buckles and trophies.  I enjoy instructing people of all ages. My goal is to provide the best instruction possible while being safe, meeting my students goals, and most importantly, having fun!
